I never thought I would be covering a Gay couple's wedding, well not this soon anyway, but I guess things just happen to fall into place. I was really stoked when they had asked me to do it. Though it was a little unconventional in comparison to a typical wedding it went well. The ceremony was super fast and getting set up and knowing where to shoot seemed almost non-existent. Atleast I was able to grab the couple for a few shots prior to their reception at a bit more controlled environment before they had to go and meet with their guests.

After working on this, you begin to realize why wedding photographers, etc are costl. It's the craziness of the event and also working on the hundreds of photos taken that day it could take at least the same amount of time as post processing the photos as to when you are shooting the entire event. Really is pretty exhausting, so why do I do it if you may ask? I enjoy it! If I keep doing this, I hope to get better and find a good system when it comes to weddings, regardless of the situation. There is a lot of credit the needs to go to good and creative photographers out there and I plan to someday to be able to execute like a pro-wedding photographer one of these days.
